What do I do if I'm not satisfied with the good or service that I purchased?

The return policy varies for each product and merchant who listed it. Generally merchants who list products on Tactical.Deals do not offer a return, refund or exchange except for items received damaged or defective on arrival (DOA).

Before returning an item, most merchants require obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Orders that are returned or refused by the customer may require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to be accepted and processed. There may also be a fee associated with returns.

In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact the sponsoring merchant directly for complete details. We can assist you in the process but do not accept any returns to our address as we do not carry the products that are sold.
